Go-To-Market & Partnerships

We're looking for someone to own Ledgre's go-to-market motion. You'll be our first dedicated GTM hire — direct line to the founder, real influence on product direction, and no layers between you and the outcome. About the role

Ledgre is an AI-powered rental property accounting and bookkeeping platform. We're building the future of how landlords manage their finances — conversational, agentic, and radically simpler than anything on the market. We're a small, high-output team preparing to launch V2.

This is not a "post on social media and write blog posts" role — this is a business development and partnerships role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue.

What you'll own

Outbound Sales & Pipeline

  • Identify, reach out to, and close landlords and property managers — from individual owners to small portfolio operators
  • Build and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) that actually convert
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Develop repeatable outreach sequences and refine them based on what works

Partnerships & Channels

  • Build referral relationships with CPAs and accountants who serve landlords
  • Develop partnerships with landlord and property management associations (NARPM, local REIAs, etc.)
  • Explore integration and co-marketing partnerships with complementary property management software
  • Create and manage a partner program that drives consistent referral volume

Market Intelligence

  • Bring the voice of the customer back to the product team — what landlords actually need, what they're confused by, what competitors are doing
  • Help shape positioning, messaging, and pricing based on real sales conversations
  • Identify new market segments and channels worth pursuing

Who thrives here

A closer who also builds relationships

You can run a cold outreach campaign and also nurture a CPA referral partnership over months. You understand that both matter.

Comfortable in early-stage chaos

There's no CRM full of leads waiting for you. You'll need to build the pipeline from scratch and figure out what works.

Familiar with the rental property / real estate space

You understand who landlords are, how they think about money, and why accounting is painful for them. Prior experience in PropTech, real estate services, or financial tools for SMBs is a strong plus.

A clear communicator

You can represent Ledgre credibly to CPAs, association leaders, and potential partners.

Self-directed

You don't need daily check-ins to stay productive. You set your own targets, track your own pipeline, and flag problems early.

Genuinely interested in AI-powered products

You don't need to be technical, but you should understand why an AI-native approach to accounting is a fundamentally different value proposition.

Compensation

Base

$7,000–$9,000/month USD (contractor)

Variable

Commission structure tied to partnerships signed, revenue influenced, and pipeline generated. We'll design this together based on what makes sense for both sides.

Total on-target earnings will be competitive. We want this role to have real upside for someone who performs.
