What's the catch?
There isn't one on the software — it's free whether or not you ever use Ledgre CPA. Ledgre CPA is a separate, paid service: a real estate CPA files your taxes, from $599 per return. Book a call if and when you want it.
Do I have to talk to someone first?
No. Create an account and set the software up yourself. If you want a CPA to handle your taxes, book a call and we'll scope it from there.
Can my accountant use it too?
Yes, at no extra cost. Users are unlimited, and roles let your CPA inspect reports and supporting detail without touching anything they shouldn't.
