Self-Service ($30/mo): You connect your accounts, review AI-categorized transactions, and generate reports. The AI does the tedious work—you stay in control.
Full-Service ($100/mo): We do everything. Our bookkeepers import your documents, categorize transactions, reconcile your books, and prepare your Schedule E. You do nothing.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Self-Service: Enter payment info after onboarding to start your 15-day trial. Cancel anytime.
Full-Service: Payment required upfront before we begin working on your books.
Are there any per-property or per-user fees?
No. Both plans include unlimited properties, entities, units, bank accounts, and team members. One flat price.
Can I switch between plans?
